United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)

As part of its aim to eradicate poverty, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) helps build and support existing health facilities in more than 160 countries. Through its global network; UNDP spreads knowledge of clinical best practice and offers a range of health capacity development programmes.

MJ Medical secured a Long Term Agreement with the UNDP to manage the procurement, distribution and installation of healthcare equipment to over 50 projects across the world. A large number of these projects were located in some of the most geographically diverse and conflict afflicted countries, including Angola, Burundi, the Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia, Niger and Sudan.

Our logistical success across complex environments led to our continuation as UNDP’s chosen equipment procurement consultant for a further two years.
